**Required Skills**:

- administration: 4 to 5 years
- reception: 4 to 5 years
- frontline office skills: 4 to 5 years
**Requirements**:

- 5 years previous experience in a similar position
- Grade 12 (tertiary qualification a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
- Typing skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and Internet
- Own vehicle (advantageous)
**Duties**:

- Be the welcoming face
- Provide general information to staff and visitors
- Manage board rooms
- Interact with building security
- Receive guests
- Oversee and assist with meeting refreshments
- Overseeing cleaner and kitchen staff
- Monitor the switchboard and the reception mailbox
- Assist with content moderation which entails maintaining the quality of listings al
- Arrange parking
- Receive and distribute deliveries
- Order and distribute stationery
- Prepare board rooms for meetings
- Running errands when required
Working hours
- 08:30 to 17:00
- Two 15 minute tea breaks (morning and afternoon)
- One 45 minute lunch break
- Overtime may be required on an ad hoc basis
Market related salary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R6,922.00 per month
