- Coordinate and oversee all office activities
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Keep databases in check and update them regularly
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
- Responsible for all office maintenance as and when required
- Supervise cleaning and cleanliness of office space
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Ensure that all General services invoices are received and submitted to finance timeously for payment
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Manages outgoing post inclusive of courier services
- Submit all the relevant forms to potential suppliers and ensure that all the approved suppliers are captured on the JDE System.
- Ensure that all Purchase Orders and supporting documents are filed accordingly

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12
- MS Office Package
- BCom, BA Degree or equivalent
