**Salary**: R35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

**Position Overview**: As a Spa Manager at our prestigious luxury hotel in the Western Cape, you will be responsible for leading our spa team to provide exceptional spa experiences for our guests. You will oversee all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of spa therapists and support staff.
- Ensure the spa operates efficiently and meets or exceeds revenue targets.
- Develop and implement spa treatment programs, packages, and promotions.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they provide top-notch treatments and services.
- Manage spa inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Monitor and control operating costs while maximizing revenue.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic spa environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to spa performance.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in spa software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Certification in spa management or a related field is a plus.
