**Requirements**:

- Relevant National Diploma or B Degree
- Minimum 2- 5 years relevant work experience required

Key Performance Areas
- Conduct research and investigations in order to prepare

public participation plans, in order to collect data
- Provide research and investigation results in the form of

written reports and discuss results with fellow professionals

to assist with recommendations for decision-making
- Participate in the facilitation of project and business process

development with senior staff
- Ensure the drafting of HR, Financial, Sub Council, Ward project

reports etc. to the Structures of Council and administration
- Ensure all relevant information is made available or

communicated and accurately interpreted
- Analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources

to formulate conclusions and recommendations to support

initiatives and services
- Ensure accurate communication and availability of information

to internal and external clients of the Department
- Attend to correspondence and enquiries with regards to

the services, systems and ongoing work of the Department
