International Immigration Administrator/consultant

Cape Town, South Africa Continuum Personnel Services Full time

We are seeking an International Immigration Administrator situated in Cape Town to join our network of branches and providers across Africa and beyond. This full-time, office-based position entails overseeing immigration programs, assisting foreign nationals with their immigration procedures, coordinating casework, missions, and serving as the primary liaison with clients.

The primary responsibilities include:

- Reviewing immigration procedures, country information, and legal statuses of foreign employees.
- Coordinating immigration casework and liaising with clients and multinational corporations globally.
- Assisting visa/permit applicants and managing projects as assigned by the Immigration Manager/General Manager.
- Upholding Key Performance Indicators, standards, and deadlines.
- Maintaining in-house country libraries and online platforms, and assisting with document control and submission to relevant authorities.
- Gathering and filing all information pertaining to Immigration activities and providing regular status reports to government officials.
- Coordinating with in-country Consultants internationally.

Minimum Requirements:

- Completion of a recognized qualification in business administration, legal administration, or international immigration administration, or 3-5 years of professional experience in Immigration.
- Knowledge or experience within Africa is advantageous.
- A Paralegal Diploma/Certificate or equivalent higher education (NQF5+) is a plus.
- Proficiency in a foreign language such as French, Portuguese, Spanish, etc., is advantageous

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Immigration: 5 years (preferred)
- Immigration Law: 3 years (required)
