- Play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with the company's products and services.- Key Performance Areas:
- Customer Interaction:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, requirements and challenges.- Provide information about the products or services offered by the company.- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.- Production Knowledge:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered.- Follow the sales process form prospecting and lead to closing deal- Manage and update customer information in the system.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with the clients requirements.- Sales Process:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.- Close sales by overcoming objections and securing commitment from customers.- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by closing deals with new clients.- Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.- Assist with input and strategies to achieve sales goals- Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.- Provide feedback based on customer insights.- Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and enhance overall customer experience.- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on sales techniques, industry best practices and product / service knowledge.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Education and Training;- B degree in business/marketing/economics. Sales/Marketing diploma;- Must be a Registered Debt Counsellor- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Sales environment, Successful track record in sales, Computer modelling/forecasting.- Competencies:
- Ethical Behaviour, Builds strong relationships, Effective communicator, Empathy for staff and client needs, Effective teamwork, Decisive, Compliant to quality standards and legal requirements, Creative thought translated into realistic plans, Problem solving skills. Effective listening skills, Computer literate - presentations, text and spreadsheet; Presentation skills, Internal actualization, Corporate awareness, English & Afrikaans a requirement, Time management skills**What Qualification**
- Registered Debt Counsellor with a B degree in business/marketing/economics, and/or Sales / Marketing
