**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee all culinary operations within our seafood market retail, sushi bar, raw bar, and seafood grill establishments.
- Develop and execute creative and high-quality seafood-centric menus that align with market trends, customer preferences, and our brand standards.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes across various outlets.
- Manage food costing, budgeting, and inventory control to optimize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and achieve overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and innovations in seafood cuisine.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in culinary leadership roles within seafood-focused establishments, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Deep knowledge and passion for seafood, including sourcing, handling, and preparation techniques.
- Strong understanding of sushi, raw bar, and seafood grill concepts, with the ability to create diverse and enticing menus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and drive profitability.
- Creative mindset, with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications preferred.
