**Join Our Team as a Sales Support Analyst**

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sales Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the Regional Director for Sales, playing a critical part in supporting Key Account Managers by extracting, analyzing, and presenting sales data to enhance performance and promote growth across the region.
**What You’ll do**:
Coordinate the entire sales process at a regional level.
Extract, compile, and analyze sales data from internal systems.
Manage CRM coordination and ensure system compliance.
Provide critical support to Key Account Managers, including bid development, cost sheets, and technical information.
Assist with follow-ups on quotes/bids and customer engagement.
Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports for management.
Coordinate crane planning, sales KPIs, and annual budgets.
Foster smooth coordination between HQ, regional offices, and business units.
Maintain and manage SharePoint and ensure its effective use.
Generate insightful reports that highlight sales trends, performance, and customer behaviour.
Provide actionable recommendations to Key Account Managers to enhance sales strategies.
Collaborate with the Regional Director to align data-driven insights with overall sales objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamic s.
- **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
South African citizen.
Honours degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field. (MBA is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with Dynamics 365 is essential.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data clearly.
