**Description**:
In the role of Hostess / Customer Experience Specialist, you will be a key figure in crafting the guest experience.You'll manage retsurant reservations, lead team briefings, handle special requests, and ensure all guests receive a warm welcome. You'll play a pivotal role during service, connecting guests with our culinary team, and addressing any concerns with grace. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll contribute to our brand's growth, particularly through social media, to enhance our online presence and attract new patrons.

**Minimum **Requirements**:

- Matric
- Hospitality Qualification or Similar
- Previous hostess or customerfocused role within the hospitality industry.
- Guest Service Focussed
- Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging positively with diverse individuals.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and can multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Possesses an outgoing, customerfocused personality, eager to contribute to a growing brand.
- Shows familiarity with social media platforms and how they can be leveraged for brand growth
- Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
- Great attention to detail
- Presentable and well spoken
- Ability to work shifts
