About the Role:

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay. You will be responsible for managing the front of house, ensuring seamless service, and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Manage the front of house, including reservations, seating, and table management
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to Four Seasons' high standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
