**Key Accountabilities**
- Understanding of Freight Forwarding operational processes.
- Perform risk-based audits on operational documentation analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of controls against policy, procedure, laws and regulations of customs.
- Tracking, monitoring, and reporting of invoice exceptions to ensure 100% compliance with targets As a Freight Audit Analyst.
- Identify deviations, improvement in internal controls, opportunities for efficiencies, cost reduction and/or quality improvement as well as the associated business risk.
- Discuss and present draft findings to relevant local management during audits.
- Draft high quality audit findings tailored to specific needs of the engagement in a timely manner along with documenting working papers.
- Perform requested follow-up procedures as necessary.
- Tracking, monitoring, and reporting of invoice exceptions to ensure 100% compliance with targets As a Freight Audit Analyst.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 5-year Logistics, Operations, and freight forwarding experience.
- Minimum two years of logístical or operational experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Collaborative team player, high degree of detail orientation, high initiative, and professional judgement.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Good communication & negotiation skills with strong reasoning; comfortable in multicultural settings.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Skillful in Microsoft Office products and Shipshape experience (e.g. Excel, Word) and ability to learn proprietary software.
- Ability to work diligently and thoroughly through a process to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.
