**General Description**

An Sale Assistant will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making high volumes of calls per day, visiting many adhoc sites to increase awareness, generate interest and ultimately convert leads into customers. A successful externals sales executive will be able to build, establish and handover customers to internal sales executives, who will maintain relationships with their customer base, ultimately ensuring loyalty. This position largely consists of servicing areas to sell our company service or to make calls of the same.

**Minimum required qualifications**
- A sales/business management/marketing qualification
- Sales experience - in a service-based environment preferred
- Occupational Health and Safety-related experience an advantage
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within current industries and newly identified markets.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Communicating with new and existing customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up effectively on leads.
- Understand and effectively use upselling to drive revenue
- Answering potential customers' questions and providing them with information on our services.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers using company software
- Explaining and demonstrating features and benefits of services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Develop, establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers
- Weekly planning and execution on day-to-day operations:

- Cold calling/canvassing (filling your sales funnel)
- lead and new customer engagement
- Lost client base engagement and possible revival
- Quoting, follow-ups and negotiating
- Lead follow-ups
- Expedite customer queries and ensuring resolution to maintain/enhance customer satisfaction
- Achieve pre-determined and agreed targets as set by management
- Establish relationships with affiliates and/or subsidiaries in areas that we do not have fixed
clinics
- Complete professional development courses via in-house online academy (to be done in fee-time and not working hours)
- Daily reporting on sales development activities to be provided to management. These include cold calls, sales closes, quotes and losses (if any).
- Use CRM tool actively for leads creation, deal creation and processing and tracking your sales funnel.
- Attend customer meetings 3 out of 5 days of the week with check-ins with management on which customers have been visited and developments of meetings.
A minimum of 7 meetings to be undertaken daily with detailed reports for such at day’s end.
- Outbound office cold calling for 2 days of the week to set up planned meetings and ensure balance with administration is achieved. Detailed Daily reporting on cold calls is a requirement to ensure follow-through and support can be provided.
- Attend training at manager’s discretion or when new services/protocols are introduced
- Identify and travel to potential and existing service areas to represent the company and gain interest.
- Maintain a professional company image at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
- Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfil the job requirements including CRM, Xero transaction software Internal clinic and booking management system
- Have open communication with Sales Management to identify and resolve potential struggles or request assistance and guidance

**Experience**

Matric Grade12

Certificate or degree in Sale and Marketing will add advantage

2 years minimum. Services experience preferred
