**Position Overview**:
As a Factory Services Manager, you will play a key role in this organization by overseeing all aspects of materials and finished goods warehousing, logistics, and IFMS. Your responsibilities will also include managing tax sticker compliance, ensuring uninterrupted utilities, and optimizing cost efficiency. You will lead a motivated team, work on multi-site market management, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Utilities Availability**: Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities for the site(s) under your responsibility.
- **Building Operations**: Lead building operations with a focus on cost efficiency, safety, and personnel comfort in line with company policies.
- **Contract Management**: Establish contracts with IFMS and logistics providers to enhance quality and minimize costs.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety measures, fire regulations, hygiene, and property security regulations.
- **Safety and Sustainability**: Prioritize business processes in compliance with sustainability rules, policies, and procedures. Evaluate and mitigate risks, conduct safety training, and collaborate with the Sustainability department to enhance safety procedures.
- **Quality Standards**: Align with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, PMI QMS, and AWS requirements.

**Strategy & Planning**:

- Play a key role in the development of Warehousing/Logistics/IFMS strategy.
- Plan and run Factory Services activities to meet business objectives and key performance measures.

**Warehouse Management**:

- Prioritize, lead, and control all warehousing activities for various product categories.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and PMI policies for materials and finished goods.
- Guarantee uninterrupted support for Factory Services, logistics, and IFMS to support production plans.
- Focus on cost-efficient and environmentally friendly processes.
- Handle tax stickers and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

**Customer Satisfaction and Service Providers**:

- Ensure the highest internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Lead third-party service providers to deliver world-class customer service.
- Improve warehouse capacity and resource utilization, optimizing inventory management quality and costs.
- Negotiate contracts for suitable storage space at optimal cost levels.

**Team Management**:

- Lead and develop a motivated, skilled, and effectively resourced team.
- Increase organizational and individual performance in attaining business objectives.
- Reinforce and adapt a process-oriented structure with continuous optimization of workforce and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- A university degree in Logistics, Commerce, Information Technology, or Engineering. A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Proficiency in data-driven stock management and warehouse design.
- Strong expertise in logistics service management.
- Knowledge of relevant global and local policies and requirements.
- Familiarity with security infrastructure, access control, and policy enforcement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant methodologies.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in AM (Asset Management), PM (Project Management), WPI (Workplace Integration).
