**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Post graduate Degree in Agriculture, Finance, Legal or Business field 10 years experience in agricultural industry, agri-finance and investment banking
- 10 years experience in conceptualizing and commercialization of banking opportunities
- 10 years experience with leading a team of specialists and managing delivery across business units.
- 10 years experience in formulating strategy / scenario planning and / Or Corporate Reporting
