Our client is looking for a Sales & New Business Acquisitions Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed all sales targets set for the opening of new accounts within South Africa
- Working in close collaboration with the Core Commercial Manager to identify and prospect key profile accounts
- Develop processes and systems critical to driving and delivering New Business acquisition
- Maintaining a top 40 prospect list for South Africa, reviewing and updating regularly to ensure it reflects the active top 20 profile accounts in South Africa. To be discussed and aligned with the National Sales Executive
- Create own sales leads through prospecting and networking
- Managing and following through sales leads from Head Office in a timely manner
- Leading the creation of bespoke compelling New Business pitches, working in collaboration with the multifunctional team (marketing, education, sales, finance)
- Working in collaboration with the National Sales Executive and Finance to develop and align new account commercial terms
- Responsible for the growth of the new partner for a minimum of 3-6 months
- At 3-6 months the account will be handed over to a Business Consultant within the region in a strong position, at a minimum spend level
- Responsible for ensuring the handover to a Business Consultant is complete. All records, contacts, and business plans are to be shared, and a customer meeting with the Business Consultant is completed before the account is handed over
- Maintain client records and completed administration
- Attend trade shows, events, and atelier days and training as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience in B2B
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in opening new accounts and account management
- Track record of reaching and exceeding all business targets
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Skincare and Aesthetic experience advantageous.
