Leading accounting firm seeks 2 x dedicated sales/customer service consultants to join their team

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Selling subscriptions, events and courses to prospective customers
- Handling objections
- Sell, cross and up-sell products to customers using the telephone as a medium,
- Understand and assist with implementing the marketing strategy of the Employer,
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the products of the Employer:

- Interact regularly with other departments to assure full understanding of sales process:

- Accurately capture customer and potential customer detail;
- Identify opportunities to improve sales process and share learnings with other agents and team leaders;
- Formulate own learning needs and discuss these with the Executive Director;
- Pro-actively seek out new ways of promoting the Employer's products:

- Maintain record of calls made and the results of the call:

- Provide daily reports on the targets achieved; and

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 3 - 5 Years Sales and Services experience
- Short Term Insurance experience will be a HUGE advantage
