Re-insurance

Handling queries from Credit Control department.

Cancellation of policies.

Handling queries from brokers.

Diarize issues that need to be followed up.

Ensure filing of closings and schedules

General office administration

Develop relationships with clients and ensure high level of service

**Competencies**:
Engineering experience a must

FAIS compliant

Accurate, analytical and high attention to detail.

Ensure correctness of declarations

Computer literate

Problem solving

Ability to break down tasks and design work flow

Ability to manage your own work.

Understanding of financial matters impacting a matter, including managing time spent on tasks

Ability to manage your time to complete high priority matters while moving ahead on longer term projects.
