Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with all contract meetings.
- Write memorandums, letters, modifications and site instructions with assistance from the Project Manager.
- Assist with claim evaluations if needed.
- Track and monitor progress on all areas relevant to the contract.
- Update, expedite and track claims, letters, quotes, notification registers and contract modifications.
- Assist and guide contractors as and when needed.
- Assist construction-, contract
- and project manager where needed.
- Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include all items as per the contract file index.
- Perform closing activities of the contract as needed.
- Prepare and disseminate information to the appropriate employees regarding contract status.
- Analyse and mitigate risk together with the contract manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant National diploma
- Competence in SAP and Coupa position specific modules
- Relevant National Diploma
- Competence: MS Office Relevant Package
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 18 months
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
