THE OPPORTUNITY: *
- Provide support to the marketing team in development, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns that focus on generating high quality opportunities as well as supporting the various functions within Kurtosys.
- Working alongside highly skilled and experienced digital and fintech B2B marketing specialists, gaining hands-on experience across the full spectrum of marketing activities.

**WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO**:

- Publishing content across multiple social media platforms
- Managing website content and publishing blogs.
- Assisting with SEO tasks to support the SEO project to improve website ranking
- Assisting with digital marketing reporting on campaign, website and content performance.
- Provide meeting support such as meeting notes and action items
- Assist in managing internal marketing projects. Manage the tasks such as assignment, timelines and tracking.
- Use our digital marketing tools to support you in achieving the above responsibilities (Salesforce, Wordpress, Pardot, LinkedIn & Tableau).
- Learn the Kurtosys platform and work with products such as WordPress, Elementor, Figma, JIRA, Confluence and other digital and SAAS and cloud-based technologies.
- Support key projects such as website redevelopment, events, webinars, employee initiatives, video creation etc

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Sound understanding of marketing principles.
- Passion for all things digital
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity using content management systems and social media platforms.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with tools like as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or GoogleDocs.
- Successful completion of courses or studies in digital or traditional marketing.
- Tertiary education and/or experience in financial services will be an advantage.
- A university degree will be an advantage
- Experience in WordPress; Figma or Sketch; Adobe Photoshop, SEM Rush will be an advantage
