Delta-v’s mission is to accelerate the growth of exceptional software companies. We do this by helping these companies with the thing they struggle the most with - operating sales development teams that can consistently generate high quality sales pipeline.

**About the Role**
- Research to understand varied clients and industries
- ICP & Buyer persona creation (we'll teach you how to run great client workshops to develop these)
- Outbound campaign messaging development and optimisation
- Developing and executing Delta-v's internal content strategy, focusing on content such as webinars, podcasts, case studies, blog posts, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.
- Increasing quality traffic to the Delta-v website that converts into leads (form fills)

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years B2B experience, ideally in a tech company
- Very strong experience writing conversion focussed B2B copy, combined with a good eye for design
- Experience marketing a high ticket service / product / solution
- Strong interest in the world of Tech, Startups and SaaS
