**Position Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive at Flowz, you will be responsible for spearheading our efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities. From prospecting to closing deals, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new leads and identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Develop a target list of high-value accounts and devise strategic approaches to win more business.
- Conduct industry/market analysis and client research to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach, follow-up, and engagement with leads.
- Collaborate with clients to identify obstacles and opportunities for new or additional services.
- Manage client engagement and work closely with cross-functional teams to close active projects and enhance service delivery.
- Promote solutions against competitive brands through solution-based selling.
- Participate in the discovery and assessment of complex customer requirements through internal and external interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, self-motivation, organization, and personability.

**Basic Requirements**:

- 3+ years of sales and business development experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives with sustained growth.
- Experience in inside sales and cold calling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and industry-standard sales and purchase order software platforms. Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and BC is a plus.

Pay: R10 800,00 per month
