**Job overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that our sales team's pricing proposals are in line with company policy.
- Create and maintain customer profiles, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Generate and distribute sales-related documentation, including set-up fee invoices and licence agreements.

**Communication and coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between the marketing team, sales team, prospects, and our other departments.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, training, and other activities for the sales team in collaboration with our other departments.

**Assist the Head of Sales (SA) in supporting the sales team**:

- Support our sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as the preparation of presentations and proposals.
- Update and manage our prospect databases using HubSpot.
- Provide our sales team with the information they need to increase their productivity.
- Validate and assign qualified sales leads to sales managers.
- Proactively ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (including PPRA and FIC) and respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by collaborating with the Client Services team.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Collate and analyse sales data to produce regular reports for the Head of Sales (SA).
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales processes.

**Administrative and general support**:

- Assist the Head of Sales (SA) in the organisation and execution of sales events, conferences, and meetings.
- Provide general administrative and communication support to the Head of Sales (SA).

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- HubSpot experience: Advantageous
- Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
- Organisational skills: Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and people skills.
- Attention to detail: Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Software skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales skills: Familiarity with sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Learning attitude: Quick learner with a keen desire to learn.
- Independence: Independent and accountable.
- Enquiry handling: Quick and professional in dealing with sales enquiries, including checking documents.
- Team fit and adaptability: Must be able to fit in with a vibrant, energetic team culture and put team interests first.
- Career ambition: Ambition to grow into a sales role.
