Preparing covering letters for invoices
Obtaining the required authority and ensuring timeous payment of invoices
Legal background required for formatting agreements Typing and formatting of agreements with consideration to efficiency, effectiveness, quality, accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction
Legal background required for doing drafting
Collect and distribute summonses, mail and accounts timeously with consideration to efficiency and effectiveness
Document Management: Create and maintain an effective filing system and ensure that all records are filed and kept up to date
Diary and Telephone Management: Maintenance of diary in electronic format with consideration to efficiency, effectiveness, quality,
Answering and screening telephone calls and refer them to the appropriate person
Ordering stationery for the office with consideration to efficiency, effectiveness, quality, accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction
Travel arrangements: booking of flights, accommodation, transfers and forex if required
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Grade 12 with relevant Diploma / Degree
Experience with legal formatting of commercial agreements / templates
Legal formatting skills at an advance level
