ABOUT THE POSITION

TRADE FACTOR GROUP is looking for an OFFICE MANAGER/ RECEPTIONIST to join their team We are looking for an individual with strong communication and telephone etiquette skills, must be highly organised and can prioritize tasks. This position is a great opportunity to obtain a diverse set of skills.
- Based in Johannesburg, Kyalami
- Full time Office based role; Monday - Friday, 07h30 - 16h30
- Salary is dependent on skill and experience.

minimum requirements
- Matric is a minimum requirement.
- 1-2 years similar work experience
- Computer literate - Proficiency in using common office software, including MS OFFICE.

DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience in data capturing and administration.
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Must be organized and systematic.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.

DUTIES
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an office, managing financial and administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
- Responsible for managing the financial health of a company, including overseeing debtors and creditors, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Responsible for managing the general administration of a company, including managing office operations, HR, supervising staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of an office, including overseeing staff, managing budgets, and coordinating events.
- Leading and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and creating a positive work environment.
