**Summary of role**

Complete management and maintenance of storerooms. To manage stock received, purchase orders and invoices. Ensure that customers’ information is accurately captured. Completion of monthly sale reports.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist with stock counts by entering them into the system, ensuring no adverse variances, to investigate variances and file report with management.
- High level stock control and stock management from a system point of view, ensuring no stock outs and/or no overstocking and report any to management.
- Preparing the storeroom for stock taking, printing out the stock sheets.
- Monitoring the market trends and reporting to management on any fluctuation.
- Need to be able to do a recipe costing on the system with waste percentages.
- Verify all incoming delivery notes of materials/products against purchase orders and inform management to any discrepancies to timeous make corrections when allocating to the representative departments after stock has been received, once completing the Goods Received Voucher (GRV).
- Ensure that all credit notes are actioned and passed to the accounts department.
- Process store requisitions accurately on the system to the departments ie: Allocate/issue materials/products from stock into relevant sections as instructed by procurement.
- Pull a recipe and allocate the stock accordingly to the representative sections.
- Notify procurement regarding stock shortages.
- Ensure all company stock is securely stored.
- Review minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate necessary actions.
- Properly label all products/materials with stock codes and arrange them on in an orderly manner.

**Essential/Minimum requirements**
- Grade 12.
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Administrative recordkeeping skills.
- Computer Proficiency in MS Office and SAGE.
- Must have food related products knowledge.
- Adhere to health & safety and disciplinary policies.
- Knowledge of storeroom management best practices to ensure efficient operations.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R5,500.00 per month
