Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a Project Officer To execute special and ad-hoc divisional projects as identified by Management, on time and according to expected outcomes not limited to project planning, monitoring, reporting, task execution and risk mitigation.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Project Outcomes**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, outcomes and budgets for management approval.
- Plan tasks to deliver a project.
- Manage, control, action and ensure completion of all project plan tasks.
- Compile regular status reports on Projects including updates on Project risks and associated mitigation actions.
- Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Complete and adhere to divisional processes and documentation associated with the Project.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and business process improvements and efficiencies
**Other**
- Fulfil and action reasonable requests by management.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Proficient user of Ms Office produce suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Proficient in administering a project plan with tasks in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to identify project risks and appropriate mitigation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Initiative and problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Up to date with industry trends, best practice and emerging technologies related to the Project outcomes.
- Goal oriented “Finisher Completer”
- Appetite for knowledge.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to collect and interpret data.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders professionally and confidently.
- Business acumen
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight to meet a singular goal or deadline.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Bachelors degree in Commerce.
- Project Management qualification an advantage
- Proven experience in Project Management, Process Improvement or related field
