**Job Advertisement: Cleaner for Printing Factory, Offices, and Kitchen**

**Position**: Cleaner

**Location**: Montague Gardens, Cape Town

**Shift**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Company**: Join our team at the forefront of the printing industry in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and efficiency in all aspects of our operations. Currently, we are searching for a dedicated Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our facility, spanning offices, kitchen areas, production areas, ablutions, delicate surfaces such as glass and brittle plastics, and the yard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning duties across various areas including the printing factory, offices, kitchen, production areas, ablutions, and company vehicles.
- Ensure floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed regularly.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms (ablutions) to uphold hygiene standards.
- Regularly empty trash and recycling bins to maintain cleanliness.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, paying close attention to delicate surfaces like glass and brittle plastics.
- Keep common areas tidy and welcoming for all staff and visitors.
- Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles, inside and out, at least twice a week.
- Conduct three cleaning sessions daily for offices and kitchen areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Clean production areas and workstations twice daily, in the morning and afternoon, promoting a tidy and hygienic workplace.
- Consistently uphold ablution cleanliness through three daily cleaning sessions.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Fill in Chemical Register to ensure proper tracking and management of cleaning chemicals.
- Clean the yard once a week to maintain cleanliness and organization.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning role or similar capacity is essential.
- Ability to work independently with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Strong teamwork skills, contributing positively to our collaborative work environment.

**Shift Timing**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Salary**: R5000 per month
