- Take orders from the dispatch manager as to what must be loaded on the trucks according to the order list.
- Loading and offloading the stock into the truck according to the orders.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping in the freezer by Sorting out the products (chicken, meat and pork) into the freezers
- Receive and pack the stock in to the fridge.
- Ensuring that the forklift is operating properly, report faulty machinery to the supervisor.
- Report when stork levels are low to relevant personnel, manager or supervisors.
- Ensuring product segregation and that that the boxes are stacked correctly e.g store products according to their types.
- Reporting any problems to relevant personnel or supervisor.
- Ensure stock rotation when selecting products in the freezers and or chillers, first in first out (fifo).
- Packaging stock in the freezers, pack products in such a manner that old stock can be used before new stock.
- Cleaning the forklift
- Charging the forklift
- Adhere to all food safety procedures and requirement.
- Adhere to all quality policies, procedures and requirements.
- Adhere to all health and safety legal requirements and company procedures.
- Perform any other reasonable task as instructed and requested by the supervisor or the manager.

**Salary**: From R1,700.00 per week

**Experience**:

- Reach Truck Forklift Driver: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Reach Truck Forklift Drivers' License (required)
