Commercial Inside Sales Representative

We are a small, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing company. We’re looking for an
independent, driven, part time salesperson to join our team with the chance to go full
time with good performance in the first 6 months. Consistent schedule, opportunity to
learn the commercial real estate investing business, great opportunities to move up in
the company with good performance. As long as you're hitting your sales goals, you can
adjust the job, so it suits you.
You'll also have significant responsibility to consistently hit and exceed sales goals. We
to self-teach with our training archive and immediately 'hit the phones' and be highly
effective. With less than 20 people in the company, there is no opportunity to coast.
Your performance will be ruthlessly assessed and if, after an initial start-up period, you
are not achieving at goal, you will be let go.
This is a hunter sales role, you will be paid explicitly based on performance where your
output in terms of number of appointments is tracked, and that will dictate your
incentives. If you perform well, you will make great money and move up quickly.
Strong performance is a must in this position.
We are looking for 4 hours a day to start (EST time hours), which will increase to full
time when you hit your sales targets consistently.
Pay is $10 USD/Hr plus significant commission potential, earn $15 USD/Hr+ with
commissions.
About The Position:
- 1. This is a Commercial inside sales position. You'll be on the phone ALL day with
commercial property owners building relationships, diagnosing their motivation
to sell, and closing the deal.

to self-generate your own leads. Whatever it takes so that you're closing at least
1 deal per month.

owners are reaching back out to us when they are ready to sell

on track to hit goals and achieve results
- 5. This is a part time position that will have a consistent daily & weekly schedule
working EST hours
- 6. This is a remote position, work from home

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: R140.00 - R230.00 per hour
