Itc Accounts Administrator

**Job Overview**:
To render an accounting service to an assigned group of Independent Travel agencies affiliated to Club Travel by efficiently managing and executing various duties and functions.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
(An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)
- Ensuring all ticket payments are received and allocated
- Customer Account allocations
- Resolving all queries within turnaround time
- Ensure payment of customer commissions /refunds within payment terms
- Capturing of payments
- Charging of applicable fees
- Processing of various commissions
- Compiling month end packs within deadline
- Sending off month end packs to clients within deadline
- Submit ITC payments to banking within deadline
- Assist the banking department with identifying receipting
- General Administration and assisting with assigned ad-hoc duties within the accounts department
**Skills, Experience, Education**:
- Minimum 3-4 years Debtors Administrator experience
- Accounting/financial qualification advantageous
- Profin knowledge advantageous
- Possess competent written and verbal communications skills
- Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadline
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Advantageous - analytical skills and the ability to create useful and actionable reports from data
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team and/or independently
**Package & Renumeration**:
Attractive package market related, based on experience.
