**Job Description**:
Overall purpose of job:

- The Booking Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent service and process all Orthokit bookings received in NEO from the Sales Team, on JDE 812 and SAP; accurately and timeously. To ensure the efficient administration of all orders and related documentation in the branch. All bookings should be followed through to the Warehouse Team Leads. To support the needs of the Internal and External Customers and exceed the business objectives in a dynamic customer service environment. Manage all the Orthokit Booking activities according to the JnJ policy and the management instructions. This operation runs 24 hours and must be managed to ensure effective service for 24/7/365 days of the year. Process, Lead & Support daily, Return Logistics operations.
- To advise the Warehouse of Emergency and Same Day bookings.
- Communicate ASAP deliveries with the 3PL Site Coordinator, so a driver is made available to deliver.
- Coordinate bookings of sets with the Warehouse Team Leads.
- Source sets from other branches to complete bookings.
- Advise the Commercial Teams, of flight details, waybill, ETA.
- Answering of telephones in a respectful manner.

Being part of the shift & call roster as drawn up by yourself and your team colleagues. To notify the Bookings Team, Warehouse Team, and the Commercial Team of the weekly shift & call roster.
- Daily report of Bookings Taken, number dispatched and outstanding for the late shift.
- Ensure that the next shift is made aware of the unavailability of modules.
- Ensure that all training provided by the Company is undertaken before the due date.
- Build a strong team with common understanding and respect of each other’s different personalities and resources.
- Update the daily excel stats report on the shared drive.
- Update the Red Flag Outlook calendar daily.
- Complete the collection templates for return of sets with the transporter.
- Follow up every morning with call back reports and outstanding sets report - on all returns and outstanding collections.
- Follow up on the non-collections and missing items, with Commercial Teams and 3PL.
- Ensure that all training provided by the Company is undertaken before the due date.
- Build a strong team with common understanding and respect of each other’s different personalities and resources.
- Be a role model according to J&J Credo values.

- Ensure that all processes are carried out 100% as per the procedures.

**Qualifications**:
Good communication and interpersonal skills with different role stakeholders

Be a team player

SAP & JDE 8.12 experience

Excel reporting skill is a minimum requirement

Be able to work under pressure

Computer literate

Be able to work overtime as per the job requirements

Ability to work 24/7 shifts and be on standby/call-out

Attention to details to ensure work accuracy
