**Introduction**

Our client who is an independent, specialist financial brokerage, who offer financial planning, asset management, short term insurance, tax and estate planning functions to medical practitioners nationally, is seeking a Short-Term Insurance Claims Assistant to join their Dynamic team

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assisting clients in filling out insurance claim forms and providing necessary documentation.
- Providing guidance to clients on the claims process, including what to expect and how to best navigate any challenges that may arise.
- Communicating with insurance providers and adjusters on behalf of clients to help resolve any issues or disputes related to the claim.
- Providing updates to clients on the status of their claim and answering any questions they may have.
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Gathering and organizing claim information and documentation
- Claim registrations. - Assisting with and finalizing all windscreen claims.
- Providing administrative support to claims consultant, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
- Assisting with the investigation and resolution of claims, including conducting research, reviewing policy wording, and calculating claim payments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of claim activities and communications

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- RE5 (First level regulatory exam)
- Combined 3 years’ experience with **motor and non-motor claims.**
- NQF 4 (120 credits) will be advantageous.
