**Responsibilities**:
1.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads **for multiple E-Commerce stores and BRANDS**
2.Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as **search engines, social media(Facebook,Instagram and Tik Tok)**
3.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
5.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audience preferences, and opportunities for growth.
6.Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
7.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, and content creators, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience.
8.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
9.Monitor and manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
10.Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, including website analytics, campaign results, and ROI, and present findings to stakeholders.
11.Core competencies and responsibilities include**:Implement campaigns - Create, execute and manage digital advertising campaigns. Google Ads and Facebook paid media implementation, including technical know-how, accurate campaign structure, managing spend and budgeting.**
**12. Manage Influencer Marketing**
**Required Work Experience**:
1.Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
3.Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
4.Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
5.Experience in content creation and management for digital channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
6.Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content and websites for search engines.
7.Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
8.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**9.Minimum one-three years’ experience in managing Google Ads campaigns **Experience in e-commerce campaigns
10.**Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data constructively**
**Required Skills and Education**:
1.Minimum Diploma in marketing, business, or a related field. A relevant digital marketing certification is a plus.
2.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
3.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
4.Creativity and an eye for detail in designing engaging digital content.
5.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms is desirable but not mandatory.
7.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
