The purpose of the role includes but not limited to:

- Compile and analyze all reporting for management relating to claims activities.
- Provide inputs on analysis identified from reporting
- Do payment of all medical reports from the hospital, GPs and SpecialisT
- Sharing of documentation with other insurance company on the risk carried
- Support to Senior Manager on all tasks required
- Manage the Senior Manager diary
- Book meetings on behalf of Senior Manager
- Matric
- At least 4 years core experience in claims
- An advantage would be exposure to medical claims
- Degree or Diploma in Commerce / Business Administration
