Office Manager

A leading player in the Property Market in Pretoria would like to appoint an Administration/Office Manager to run and manage the total turnkey of the office. The successful person should have at least 2 years’ experience in the management of all the administration tasks of an office. Tasks and responsibilities will include receiving clients and making them feel at home, to buying of office consumables and refreshments, to the compilation and updating the rental properties stock and fusion lists. Office administration experience in a Real Estate Agency for both the selling and renting of properties will be beneficial.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
Responsible to make refreshments for all clients and guests visiting the office.
Responsible for the planning and execution of all functions held at the office and held outside of the office.
Collecting the monthly Staff and Property Practitioners contributions.
Compiling and updating the rental properties stock and fusion lists.
Issuing Addendums to renew current rental contracts for Tenants and Landlords.
Minute taking at the weekly Staff meetings.
Arrange and conduct monthly routine property inspections with Tenants.
Assist Property Practitioners with the Intro and Exit inspections by mailing it to the Landlords.
Contacting the City of Tshwane for the monthly invoicing to be paid by Tenants.
Assist with the weekly update of the Property Practitioners Board.
Compile and update the company inventory register.
Purchasing of stationery, office groceries and cleaning materials.
Issue marketing materials and boards for agents show days.
Responsible for the issuing and safe guard of all rental properties remotes and keys.
**Experience and qualifications**:
A minimum of grade 12/matric.
Need to have own transport and a valid driver’s license.
Must have be willing to entertain clients and landlords of office functions.
Be willing to travel as each of the tenants on the company’s books needs to be visited for a rental inspection at least once per year.
Pay: From R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
- Office Administration Management: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- Afrikaans and English (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's license (required)
