Front line, technically-aware Customer Service Advisors demonstrate excellent Customer Care skills and resolve or escalate calls to the relevant departments whilst keeping the client updated, so that they are left delighted with their experience.
- The CSA works on the customer service helpdesk and answers and pro-actively makes calls to resolve customer issues.
- The CSA Manages supplier activities to dispatch and repair faults to meet service level agreements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
6-12 Months' Experience in a Technical Helpdesk role
- IT Diploma Preferred
- A+ and N+ Certification Required
- Knowledge of Cisco Switching and Routing
- ITIL Foundations Preferable
