**Role Overview**:
The Retail Branch Marketer is responsible for meeting agreed sales targets by effectively marketing the organization's products and ensuring stock availability to clients. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing stock control, and contributing to the growth of the branch's client base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage stock control to ensure constant product availability.
- Place stock orders and monitor inventory levels.
- Market agricultural commodities to customers effectively.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Prior experience in the agricultural sector is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Customer-focused with a flair for marketing.
- Team-oriented and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
**Essential Skills**:
- Proficiency in merchandising and sales techniques.
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills to build and maintain client relationships.
