**Motus Menlyn Multifranchise **currently holds a vacancy for an Admin Assistant: Sales.
**Position Overview**:
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:
**The responsibilities of a Sales Executive include the following tasks**:
- Prepare Vehicles for deliveries / showroom
- Getting quotes from Suppliers for relevant repairs/ services on vehicles and obtaining best prices and value for money.
- Follow up on vehicles out for repairs/services
- Prepare Vehicles for deliveries / showroom
- Getting quotes from Suppliers for relevant repairs/ services on vehicles
- Maintaining vehicles
- Must be able to see paint work quality and visual repairs needed
- Must be able to put systems in place
- Keep the MOTUS website updated on Used Vehicles for the dealership etc.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Minimum Qualifications and Experience needed**:
- Matric
- Limited Technical knowledge
- Experience in EXCEL is a pre-requisite
- Website knowledge, advantageous
- Familiar with used cars and used car practices
**Skills and Personal Attributes**:
**Minimum required**:
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers
- Computer Literate
- Deadline driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team
