Administrative Support Service Clerk

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Provide an administrative support service by preparing and typing documentation, schedules, programmes, letters, questionnaires and correspondence taking the required initiative to produce accurate spelling, grammar and professional layout of documents for the Human Resources Department.
Filing and retrieving of documents from filing cabinets/computer folders accurately and efficiently.
Ordering of stationary and other supplies for consumption in the HR Department as well as keeping inventory control records of stock.
Conduct movable assets audit for the HR Department quarterly.
Perform secretarial service by taking of minutes of the joint forum meeting, typing and distributing. Compiling agenda and making catering arrangements as well as the booking of conference rooms and assisting with catering arrangements for HR initiatives.
Capture data and ensure that reports are properly kept for easy retrieval.
Answer the phone and take messages efficiently, including relieving on the switchboard as a Receptionist as required from time to time.
Provide administrative support to the Wellbeing Practitioner and Employee Relations Officer
Grade12
3 years’ administrative experience in a Human Resources environment coupled with sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Ability to communicate well at all levels.
Tertiary qualification in the Human Resources discipline
**Skills**:
Typing 40 wpm
Excellent communication (both written and spoken)
Good administrative and organizing skills.
