**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Meet /greet clients professionally

Attention to clients’ needs professionally

Deal with queries and complaints

Give customer feedback

Manage front office - housekeeping

Manage consumables

Administration related to project finance/costing/budgets

Arrange events/functions

Responsible for Switchboard, reception and administration as required

+ 3 years exp in Reception Frontline position related to duties and requirements

Must be able to communicate well in English - verbal and written

Able to work with deadlines hourly to monthly

Must have a professional attitude and frontline skills

Able to multi-task and do time management accurately

PC skills in Google drive/internet and MS Office advanced (self sufficient )

Gr 12 Required
