Human Resource Manager

Client based in Pinetown is looking for an HRM, to join their team. Position is available immediately.
**Salary**: R 20 000 - R 25 000 CTC per month
**Job Specifications**:
- Determine operational strategies by conducting needs assessment, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/benefit analysis
- Adhere to companies policies and procedures
- Human Resource function including: recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counselling and disciplinary management
- Assist with processes and procedures for managing shifts, overall workforce planning and assist with the enforcing of policies and procedures
- Develop processes and systems
- Preparing analytical reports as required.
- Ensuring that all records are in line with company procedure and accepted practices.
- Submit reports and plans as required
- Plan, implement and monitor functional budget
- Enhance internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Payroll administration and control
- Overseeing all appointments and terminations, contracts of employment, transfers, and promotions, including succession planning
- Determination of HR policies and procedures and communication thereof with Line Managers
- Management of IR / Disciplinary issues and liaison with line management where required
- Ensuring compliance with OHS/SHEQ Act and management of all safety issues, including liaison with line management, where required
- Annual Employment Equity Audit and compilation, maintenance, and implementation of the annual Employment Equity Plan. Analysis of achievement of EE goals, in comparison to plan. **EE PLAN TO BE COMPILED EVERY TWO YEARS (SEP/OCT)**:
- Ensuring Employment Equity Committee Meetings are held bi-annually and communication of information with line management
- Final submission of the annual Employment Equity Plan to the Department Of Labour. **EE REPORT TO BE SUBMITTED ANNUALLY TO DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR (DEC)**:
- Annual Skills Audit and the compilation, maintenance, and implementation of the annual Training Plan
- Ensuring Skills Development Committee Meetings are held bi-annually and communication of information with line management
- Submission of the Social and Labour Plan report on due dates
- Management of the Social and Labour Plan
- Implementation of the Training Plan and learnership programmes
- Manage and implement BEE strategies with the management team
- Introduce and maintain an induction program for the company
- Introduce and maintain an employee performance appraisal system
**Qualifications I Background I Experience**
- At least 5-10 years Human Resources management experience
- Logistics knowledge (a plus), dealership and workshop experience beneficial
- Good knowledge of innovative solutions and technologies
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence
- Coaching/Quality experience an added advantage
- Qualification in Human Resources or related degree
- Sound verbal, written and telephonic communication skills in English
- Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
