HR Director

• Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including employee engagement, turnover, and time-to-hire.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of South African Labour Laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
