SHARON NUROCK RECRUITMENT CC is seeking a seasoned HR Director to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.

You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of the business.
You will lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including employee engagement, turnover, and time-to-hire.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of South African Labour Laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
