This Post reports to the Director(s).
- Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and corrective actions for all operations-related tasks.
- Handle staff complaints in conjunction with the Principal to find effective solutions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the school’s operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with educational standards.
- Manage the school’s budget, including planning, allocation, and monitoring of financial resources to support educational programs and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate the maintenance and security of the school’s physical facilities to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
- Facilitate the procurement and distribution of educational materials and supplies, ensuring resources are available for effective teaching and learning.
- Supervise the school’s administrative staff.
- Develop and oversee emergency preparedness plans, including safety drills and crisis management procedures, to ensure the well-being of students and staff.
- Ad hoc responsibilities related to the operations of the School, as tasked by the Director(s)

Pay: R7 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month
