This Post reports to the Director(s). In general, the Principal shall be responsible for (a) the detailed organization of the school; (b) the development of the instructional program; (c) the assignment of duties to and the supervision of members of his staff and: (d) the general operation of the school facility. Specifically, this Post has the following responsibilities:

- Ensure all students have access to a constructive learning environment.
- Manage office staff and educators, ensuring they comply with school rules and regulations.
- Oversee the daily, quarterly, and yearly management of the school curriculum and student activities.
- Ensure resources are used and managed effectively.
- Evaluate staff and overall teaching effectiveness to ensure student progress.
- Source and coordinate teacher training opportunities and provide guidance.
- Stay up to date and comply with education regulations.
- Support continued maintenance of UMALUSI Accreditation.
- Set and manage school finances while adhering to an agreed-upon budget.
- Keep parents up to date and include them in student and school progress and plans.

Pay: R7 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month
