INBOUND SALES AGENT VACANCY

MUST RESIDE IN AND AROUND TABLE VIEW

R 10 000 + COMMISSION

A Nation Wide Company based in Table View is on the lookout for Dynamic Inbound call centre agents to join their team. The Inbound Sales agent will be responsible for Managing all incoming calls and listening to the Clients requirements and guiding them accordingly. They would need to then secure a Booking for the Product specialist to then go out to and demonstrate the product to potential clients.

1. Handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with their products and services

2. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued

3. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed

4. Building lasting relationships with clients and other call centre team members based on trust and reliability

5. Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs

6. Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge of our products

7. Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of their products

8. Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services....

9. Consistently achieving monthly goals

10. Willing to push yourself to succeed

11. Be a confident leader in the sales department

MUST have own vehicle

MUST be HIGHLY fluent in Afrikaans

MUST Reside in around TABLE VIEW AREA

MUST have inbound SALES call center experience selling physical products

MUST be comfortable with learning scripts.

**Salary**: R 10 000 + Lucrative commission
