**Job Description**:
Distribute incoming leads to optimize ROI.
Manage appointment allocations.
Organize sales trips for Product Specialists.
Confirm appointments as per company requirements.
Monitor and report on leads, appointments, cancellations, and customer database.
Liaise with field product specialists, managers, and sales teams.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
5 years' call center experience, 2 years in operations or coordinating.
