**Responsibilities**
- Manage the recruitment process, interview, shortlist applicants.
- Prepare job descriptions and job adverts.
- Process payroll and benefits for employees
- Manage collation of data for BBBEE submission
- Assist the HR Manager to plan, organise, direct, and coordinate Employee relations
- Compile all necessary Human Resources reporting for the business unit.
- Manage industrial relation queries on a daily basis and assist HOD’s with disciplinary procedures - (not limited to): Legislative compliance (i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA).

Conduct a Skills Gap Analysis to ensure that we train the correct employees as well as implementing the correct training course
- Compile and process the WSP and EE reports
- Assist HOD's with the disciplinary procedures
- Arrange staff events, wellness days and special occasions

**Qualifications**
- Matric/grade 12 or equivalent experience
- Minimum three to five years' experience in a similar position, preferably gained in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, VIP Premier
- Solid understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

At least three to five years' Sage VIP and payroll processing experience.

Working knowledge of HR practices, BCEA, and LRA.

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
