Office Administrator

Provide a wide variety of administrative and secretarial functions - general office admin, fleet management, asset control, office supplies, filing.
- Set up and maintain systems (electronic and manual) to improve office efficiency
- Manage a team of junior admin staff - assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress
- Oversee events, including hiring an event co-ordinator and checking on progress
- Oversee day-to-day issues in the absence of the management team
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Use smart ‘apps’ for company / project administration
- Supervise and control the submission of proposals and tenders
- Fulfil Human Resource Management function, with support from administrative staff, and an external HR specialist
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: R7,500.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
