- National senior certificate (matric)
- 5 years experience as specialist medical receptionist
- Qualification in administrative/ secretarial functions highly recommended
- Basic understanding of medical procedures and basic medical equipment
- Knowledge of Vericlaim practice management software is advantageous
- Excellent computer literacy, knowledge of computer programs and functionality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Exceptionally well presented and professional

**Full time position**
- Monday to Friday from 08h00-16h30
- A longer workday may be required from time to time

**Renumeration**
- Competitive package negotiable
