Our client is looking for a marketing and sales extraordinaire to assist in the development and implementing of the sales and marketing strategy of the company.

**Role**:
The sales and the marketing team’s role is to drive and maintain _**student**_ numbers both for new students and existing students. Market and promote the Company and its image.

**Skills Required**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- A high level of communication and listening skills
- The ability to motivate and build a rapport with people;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- An empathetic, non-judgmental and ethical approach;
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team;
- The capability to work under pressure;
- Organisational skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with information technology
- The capability to manage and work with data
- Capable planner
- Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new skills
- A “can do” attitude

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Managing the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing teams;
- Assisting in the development and overseeing the marketing strategy and implementation thereof;
- Overseeing the Company’s CRM system;
- Overseeing the process of lead generation and conversion;
- Reporting and managing company’s sales targets
- Overseeing the Company’s advertising campaigns;
- Overseeing the Company’s social media profiles;
- Overseeing the company’s physical marketing campaigns, including secondary schools visits;
- Managing and overseeing the Company’s front desk;
- Managing the Company’s website;
- Overseeing the process of sales administration, including capturing of enrolment information on the Company’s database system (Digicampus);
- Managing (and partaking in) the Company’s sales incentive programme;
- Overseeing internal student marketing and communications and issues of student satisfaction, as well as the retention of students between years of study;
- Overseeing the Company’s public relations campaigns;
- Generally monitoring and overseeing the Company’s profile and good reputation.
- Engagement and management of existing and past students activities and concerns including communication.
- Dealing with all general communication with staff and students.

- Lecturer and custodian of Marketing courses

**Salary**: R30 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month

**Experience**:
